It has been the practice of many counties across the Commonwealth to accept appeals via CPCMS PACFile. AOPC has issued a statement banning appeals from being filed this way. As of today, all appeals must be filed over the counter or mailed to the Clerk of Courts.
Welcome to the Lancaster County Clerk of Courts! We are located on the second floor of the Lancaster County Courthouse at 50 North Duke Street located in downtown Lancaster.
As one of the four Commonwealth State's in the US, our office handles the criminal records for the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.

If you are looking for more civil proceedings such as passport applications, custody, divorce, license suspensions and other civil actions, the Prothonotary Office is just down the hall from us and also at Lancaster County Prothonotary Office.
