Electronic Filing

"Effective June 1, 2018, all notices of appeals filed by attorneys appointed by the Court in criminal and juvenile cases must be filed electronically."

Transcripts

Beginning March 1, 2018, all requests for transcripts filed in the Clerk of Courts Office must be electronically filed.  

Public Access Policy

Effective January 2018.

Omnibus Pre-trial Motions

Effective August 1, 2017, electronic filing of omnibus pre-trial motions will be mandatory. Just an FYI, I will also put something in all of the mailboxes.

Copy Cost

All copies are $.25 cents per page and Certified Copies are $8.75 plus $.25 cents per page. No personal checks will be accepted. Monies are due before copies will be made.
